Have you seen the new TNT show – Wedding Day? I just watched it and the hosts are two of my favorite wedding planners – Alan Dunn and
Diann Valentine! I don’t know if you’ve ever seen the show – For Better or For Worse. Alan Dunn was one of my favorites on the show with this out of the box ideas!
Anyway, this new show made me shed a few tears – which isn’t hard to do, but I think it has great potential. The entire premise is giving a fabulous wedding to a deserving couple who has been through tough times. Here’s a link to to more info:Wedding Day
Happy wedding planning!
A client had a recent question about wedding invitations that I thought I’d share.
Question: Do wedding invitations normally include the invitations for the rehearsal dinner and the day after BBQ (they decided to have this instead of brunch) or are they separate?
Answer: First off, the BBQ sounds like a great idea!
Typically, each invite is totally separate. So the rehearsal dinner invites and BBQ (or brunch) invites don’t have to be as formal and can actually have a fun “themed” twist to them, whereas the wedding invitation is more on the formal side.
Hope this helps!
